Letter from the Founder

December, 2009

As we reflect back on 2009, where we’ve succeeded, and where there are still much to accomplish, our company remains vigilant to provide first-rate Customer Service. We strive to deliver Customer Satisfaction on every level, every time.

We’ve maintained our steadiness in a tough economy, rising fuel prices, and for our employees- avoided job lost. TCI’s new home in the Industrial Canal Corridor is on track to open in July, 2010. Our expanded location is a private-public partnership, and we hold much confidence in the region’s economy. “The on-site access to 6 class-1 rail services provided by New Orleans Public Belt Railroad and immediate proximity to the Port of New Orleans will allow us to efficiently and cost-effectively move cargo for our customers. “ Christian Jensen, TCI President. Going into 2010, we set our priorities on actively seeking new businesses; strengthening relationships with our current customers; empower our employees to excel in their roles at TCI; pay-it forward by continuing to support the local markets where we do business-- which continue to emerge and grow, small and big businesses alike.

The value of our business management still lies at the core of our number one commodity, our great Staff. On behalf of our entire TCI family, thank you for your business. Your confidence in TCI is greatly valued. We wish you and yours peace and happiness this Holiday Season, and much prosperity in the New Year.

Jack Jensen, Jr.
Founder, CEO
